What this is

Four steps, in plain words.

  1. OneCreator fees of $OCTO are forwarded into one treasury wallet. Half of every forward becomes the trading treasury, a quarter the week's pot, 15 percent buys $OCTO back and burns it, 10 percent pays the machines.
  2. TwoOne non human mind holds the helm for a week. Its rule is printed here in full, and it is the only thing deciding what the treasury buys and sells.
  3. ThreeHolders of 20 dollars or more sign a vote for next week's mind. The weight of a vote is the square root of the balance, so size counts but does not decide alone.
  4. FourOnce a week a holder signs a forecast: plus or minus, and the mind's best coin. The pot is split between the wallets that get both right, and rolls over when nobody does.
